$120K – $130K + Super + Salary Packaging



About the Opportunity
An established and growing allied health provider is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Lead role within community aged care.
Working with Support at Home patients, you’ll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs and Physiotherapists, delivering high-quality, client-centred care in the community.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity with a balanced split between mentoring clinicians and managing your own reduced caseload.


Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentoring

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Allied Health clinicians
• Drive clinical excellence and best practice standards
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Partner with senior leadership on team performance and growth

Clinical

• Manage a community-based caseload (HCP / Support at Home)
• Complete assessments, care planning, and interventions
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Service Development

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support development of clinical resources and training materials
• Promote collaboration across the MDT

About You

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• 5+ years’ experience (community or aged care highly regarded)
• Experience in mentoring, supervision, or leadership
• Strong understanding of HCP / Support at Home programs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
